Mr. Co (“Desi”), and his partner Tricia Peterson, have been members of Dermot’sBoard since 2022, when their firm initially made an investment in Dermot. Mr.Co founded Accord Partners and serves as a Managing Partner with nearly 30years of industry experience. He also serves on Accord’s Management Committee, InvestmentCommittee and Executive Committee. Prior to co-founding Accord, Mr. Co was aManaging Director with Macquarie Capital in its Real Estate Private CapitalMarkets Group, where he most recently served as Head of European Real EstatePrivate Capital Markets. Prior to that, he co-founded Presidio Partners LLC andserved as a Vice President with Banc of America Securities LLC (“BAS”) in itsreal estate private equity practice. Mr. Co joined BAS as a member of the realestate investment banking group in 1997, where he participated in the executionof more than $3 billion in real estate debt, equity and M&A transactions onbehalf of several opportunity funds, REITs and private real estate companies.Prior to joining BAS, Mr. Co was a Senior Accountant with Ernst & Young LLPin San Francisco.​Mr. Co earned a Master of Business Administration degree withDistinction from the University of Michigan Business School and a Bachelor ofArts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at LosAngeles. Mr. Co is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), theEuropean Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV)and the Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles(ANREV). Mr. Co is also a member of the Real Estate Executive Council.
