Mr. Levison started his real estate career as an entrepreneur investing in multi-family value-add properties in New Haven, Connecticut. He then spent four years working in investment and development in Harlem. He joined Dermot in 2011 and is currently responsible for overseeing all activities in Dermot's corporate headquarters in New York City, including new acquisitions, asset management, and property operations. He has nearly two decades of acquisitions, asset management, property management and development experience in both commercial and residential real estate. He has handled over $2 billion in transactions since joining Dermot.
