Mr. Benjamin has been active in multi-family investment and development for nearly his entire career. He joined Dermot in 2001, acting as a Principal with primary responsibility for Dermot’s development work. In 2007 he was promoted to the firm's Chief Operating Officer under the firm's founder, William Dickey. In 2015 Mr. Dickey retired and Steve became Dermot’s Managing Partner, and CEO, and is active on all of Dermot’s activities.

Mr. Spitler joined Dermot in 2002 and currently oversees Dermot’s development activity. He has been involved with the planning, financing and construction of approximately $2 billion worth of development in New York City including 21 West End, 66 Rockwell, Hudson Crossing, The Opal and Clinton Green. Mr. Spitler handled and completed multiple real estate and financial transactions including tax-exempt bond offerings with the New York State Housing Finance Agency, Bank of America, and Fannie Mae.

Mr. Levison started his real estate career as an entrepreneur investing in multi-family value-add properties in New Haven, Connecticut. He then spent four years working in investment and development in Harlem. He joined Dermot in 2011 and is currently responsible for overseeing new acquisitions, asset management activities and property operations. He has over a decade of asset management, property management and development experience in both commercial and residential real estate. He has handled over $1 billion in transactions since joining Dermot.
Mr. Levison is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Associate Board of Gilda's Club New York City.

Rob Kilroy joined Dermot in July of 2018 as Partner and SE Director. He is currently responsible for Dermot’s Southeast US investment and asset management activities. Prior to joining the company, Rob held positions as CIO at CampusWorks Development, SVP at NorthMarq Capital, Managing Director and Chief Portfolio Manager at Grosvenor Fund Management (US), Senior VP at LCOR, Inc., Senior Investment Officer at Fidelity Real Estate Group, EVP and Head of Development at Summit Properties, and Managing Director at Prudential Financial (PGIM). Mr. Kilroy has a BA from Bowdoin College, a masters degree in International Relations from The London School of Economics, and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a CFA charter holder.
Alissa Hazan joined Dermot in March 2019 as Director of Portfolio Operations and General Counsel. She is responsible for overseeing the operations of Dermot and its assets, as well as managing legal affairs for the company. Prior to joining Dermot, Ms. Hazan held positions with Olshan Properties and Thor Equities with a focus on both operational and legal matters. She graduated with a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Ms. Cohen is currently an Asset Manager at Dermot, focusing on portfolio-wide operational strategy. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Cohen worked with Sky Management from 2007 - 2010.
Mr. Hodes joined Dermot in 2014 and is currently an investment associate working in both asset management and acquisitions. His responsibilities include underwriting new acquisition opportunities, performing property due diligence, managing ongoing developments, investor relations and sourcing property financing. Prior to joining Dermot, he worked at Hodes Weill & Associates focusing on raising capital for private real estate funds. He graduated with a B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis.

Mr. Ludwig joined Dermot in 2014, working as the General Manager of The Colorado on East 86th Street. In 2016 Mr. Ludwig became the General Manager of 21 West End Avenue, Dermot’s largest and newest development. Prior to joining Dermot, Mr Ludwig spent 3 years at The Related Companies as a site manager for an 814 unit luxury rental called MIMA on West 42nd Street, and 13 years at Orsid Realty Corp. as the Executive Vice President in charge of operations.
Mr. Ludwig joined Dermot in 2014, working as the General Manager of The Colorado on East 86th Street. In 2016 Mr. Ludwig became the General Manager of 21 West End Avenue, Dermot’s largest and newest development.
